Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026. How Break the Ice Pro handles your information.

Data Collection (Zero-Server Storage)

Break the Ice Pro operates as a client-side application. Your saved favorites, custom decks, and filter preferences are stored strictly in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and are never harvested, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes these items entirely. We do not maintain user accounts, and no personal data is collected when you generate or save prompts.

Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies

We use third-party advertising companies (including Google) to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and your browser's Do Not Track signal lets you control personalized ads. Third-party vendors may use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Google Tasks Integration

The optional "Export to Google Tasks" feature uses secure OAuth authentication to transmit only the prompt strings you have selected directly to your chosen Google account. No personal profile data is tracked, sold, or retained by Break the Ice Pro. Your Google credentials are handled entirely by Google's secure authentication flow.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns such as page views and session duration. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated, and is not linked to the prompts you save or generate.
